Wal Mart in AZ selling Bulk freeze dried food

Here's an interesting tidbit I read on Timebomb 2000.com...
A walmart in Showlow AZ. (Mormon country)... has a large selection of 10# cans of freezed dried food and 5 gal. buckets of wheat, the poster stated that a clerk mentioned this food was selling very well...
However this may be just an isolated deal since no other posters saw this at walmart stores in other parts of US.

Maybe the LDS church was having a unbaked future baked goods sale in front of the store.
